Storm Quarrels

Storm Quarrels

Two lovers quarrel outside my window.  The rain beats down demanding to know where the wind was. The wind getting an occasional word in, tries to explain. As the rain beats down harder, the wind’s intensity picks up. They each try desperately to get the other’s attention; trying to over power the other. How dare you? The rain says. Who are you talking to? The wind responds; a constant bicker going back and forth.  The rain, the wind, the rain, the wind.
